L’ébouillanté

A restaurant’s outside in Paris is always the icing on the cake above all during the sunny days. However, when you get to find a little spot…a little bit different from what we usually see, that’s great;)

The Marais in the 4th district of Paris is a trendy area packed up with restaurants opting for originality and good gastronomy. That is why, I want to introduce you to the Ebouillanté, a restaurant with a blue facade, tainting the plain path. If you have a walk there, you will be willing to stop. Here are the reasons: You have very nice waiters, you have an attractive outside with red tables and you have a view of the church Saint Gervais. 😉

Even if the weather is not that warm, the view is still pleasant from the inside. The first floor offers long seats with cushions and casement windows from where you see the cobbled street. In one word the whole place is faithful to the bohemian style that rules the area.

Regarding the menu, an eclectic yet simple choice is proposed. You have the famous steak and chips, salmon with vegetables, stuffed crepes or Tunisian briques.

On Sundays, a delicious brunch there is The good idea: walnut cakes, fruit juice, or scrambled eggs with its salmon… But above all this, vitamins and cheerfulness in a relaxed frame are the main ingredients to the recipe of success since 1999:)
