Paris New-York, PNY, is a burger restaurant open since 2012.

Recently, the start-up has inaugurated its fourth burger restaurant named Paris Texas in Faubourg Saint-Denis (10th district), here the idea is to cook texans “gourmet” burgers. The meat is well prepared and follow a specific process of preparation. Indeed, PNY made a partnership with cattle breeders in Bretagne (North West of France).
